Cancellation & Refund Policy – Prime Supply
At PrimeSupply, we believe in clear and fair terms to maintain strong business relationships. Please review our cancellation and refund policy before placing an order.
1. Token Payment (1% of Order Value)

To initiate your order, a 1% token payment of the total order value is required.

This secures your order and allows us to connect with you for the next steps.

You will have a 7-day review window from the date of this payment to confirm or cancel your order.
✅ If cancelled within 7 days, your 1% token payment will be fully refunded.
2. Advance Payment (60% of Order Value)

After the 7-day review period, you will be required to pay an advance of 60% of the total order value to proceed with production.

Please note: This 60% advance payment is strictly non-refundable.
❌ Once the 60% payment is made, no refund will be issued for either the advance or the 1% token payment, even in the event of cancellation.
3. Balance Payment (40% of Order Value)

The remaining 40% of the total order value must be paid before final dispatch/shipment of your order.

Once the balance is paid and the goods are shipped, no cancellations or refunds will be entertained.

Summary of Refunds

1% Token Payment → Refundable only if cancellation is made within 7 days.

60% Advance Payment → Non-refundable under all circumstances.

40% Balance Payment → Non-refundable once shipment is initiated.
