• Delivery Charges:

  • All delivery expenses are the sole responsibility of the client.

  • Prime Supply does not cover, bear, or reimburse any delivery charges under any circumstances.

  • Clients may also choose to self-pickup finished goods to avoid delivery charges.
     

• Delivery Timeline:

  • Standard delivery timeline is 5–45 working days, depending on the size of the order and production schedule.

  • Please note: Due to unforeseen events (logistics delays, strikes, natural causes, etc.), actual delivery timelines may extend without prior notice.
     

• Dispatch Method:

  • Prime Supply will dispatch bulk orders using the most suitable option, including Porter, third-party couriers, or logistics partners.
