Terms and Conditions

Terms & Conditions – Prime Supply
 

By placing an order with Prime Supply, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
 

1. Patterns, Frames & Tools

  • All cardboard patterns, screen-print frames, and production tools used in manufacturing are non-transferable to clients, even if created for their customized products.

  • These remain the sole property of Prime Supply and are retained for internal use.
     

2. Payments & Late Fees

  • Full payments must be cleared within 20 days of final production.

  • Late payments may result in extra charges.

  • A daily late fee of 1% of the total uncleared order value will be charged until full payment is received.
     

3. Non-Payment & Recovery Rights

  • Prime Supply reserves the right to sell off customized products that remain unpaid to recover losses.

  • In case of non-payment or inconvenience caused by clients, Prime Supply may take legal action. All legal charges will be borne by the client.

  • Prime Supply also reserves the right to issue a press release about unpaid clients (while keeping personal and contact details confidential).
     

4. GST & Invoices

  • A GST invoice is mandatory as per Indian Government tax regulations.

  • GST certificate is not mandatory to place bulk orders.
     

5. Sampling Charges

  • Sampling charges may or may not be adjusted in the final order value.

  • Adjustments are applicable only if the final order is placed within 4 days of sample delivery to the client.
     

6. Delivery & Logistics

  • Prime Supply will dispatch your order using the most suitable method (such as Porter, third-party courier, or any logistic service).

  • All delivery expenses are to be borne entirely by the client. Prime Supply does not cover or reimburse delivery charges under any circumstances.

  • Clients may self-pickup finished goods to avoid delivery charges.

  • 24-hour delivery may or may not be applicable depending on the order type and production schedule.
     

7. Prime Supply’s Rights

  • Prime Supply reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these terms at any time without prior notice.

  • By placing an order, clients accept and agree to abide by these terms.
